Hard-on-Hard
Oilgear axial piston pumps differ from other pumps due to their patented Hard-on-Hard design.
Hardened steel pistons slide over the oil film along a slanted plate made of hardened steel. The cylinder group is supported by hydrodynamic bearings, which help to maximize pump life and minimize the need for maintenance.
